The staff were nice and thorough day and night. The location was great and magnificent, adjacent to the tram to the Guggenheim, the bus station at San Mames and stops in between, and the old town where the restaurants and easily accessible.

Friendly and straightforward place to stay in Bilbao. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Twin room with walls on ceiling and lovely views plus a balcony. Very central location near to the tram to the Guggenheim, the bus station at San Mames and stops in between as well as public transport, quiet atmosphere. Situated only 1 km from Mercado de la Ribera Market.

The breakfasts here were excellent with vending machines. The twin room had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk, facilities worked for us. The marvellous location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Market.

Very clean and good sized rooms, friendly staff. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to El Laterio, located a couple of blocks away the hotel. Moreover, it has a private parking😃😃
